How does shipping work?
Orders below $30 have a $10 flat fee.
Orders $30-$49: $7 shipping
Orders $50 and up: Free shipping
Your cookies will be carefully packaged to arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Why do you charge for shipping?
As a small bakery, I pay full carrier rates.

Do you offer local pickup?
Due to city zoning regulation, we are unable to offer local pickups at this time. All orders will be shipped or delivered to ensure compliance with local laws. Thank you for your understanding.

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. We offer local delivery for select areas for an additional fee. Deliver availability may vary depending on your location and our schedule. Please contact us to check availability.
Do you take custom orders for events or parties?
Yes! We'd love to be part of your special occasion. Please fill out our event inquiry form or contact us directly.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For regular orders, we suggest ordering at least 2-4 days in advance. For large or custom orders, 2 weeks' notice is ideal to ensure availability. If you do have an order you would like to place sooner, please reach out and we will see if we are available.
Are your products allergen-free?
Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, and other common allergens. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen free.
Are you a licensed bakery?
Yes, we operate as a PA Limited Food Establishment and follow all local guidelines for home based food businesses.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We ship cookies across the U.S. All cookies are baked fresh and packaged to stay safe and delicious in transit.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because our treats are made to order, All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. We may be able to issue a credit for a future date depending on the situation.
Can I send cookies as a gift?
Absolutely! Let us know in the notes at checkout, and we'll include a handwritten gift message.
